Yarn set "Cardiducoeur"

Our most popular design, the CARDIDUDOEUR, is ready to knit! Our yarn set contains 10-14 balls of mohair yarn in various colors, carefully selected by us, depending on the desired size. The images show size M/L (12 colors). The yarn used is "Tynn Silk Mohair" from the Norwegian yarn mill Sandnes Garn – supplied in 25g balls. The fine structure of this luxurious mohair yarn makes the cardigan incredibly fluffy and light. The high-quality composition consists of 57% mohair, 28% silk, and 15% wool. The silk gives the yarn its sheen and strength. For the Cardiducoeur, each ball must be wound four times. A YouTube tutorial on four-ply winding is available here .

The finished model in the product images is size M/L, meaning it is knitted with 12 different colors.

Information about the cardigan design:

The Cardiducoeur is a beginner-friendly pattern knitted from the top down. It has an oversized look and is started with the upper back piece, to which the two shoulders and front pieces are then knitted directly. The sleeves are knitted in the round and have a balloon-like cuff.

9 mm / 100 cm, 80 cm and 40 cm
Crochet hook size 3 or 4

// Gauge:
10 M x 14 R = 10 x 10 cm
with 4-ply wound mohair thread and size 9 needles
If necessary, choose a different needle size to adjust the gauge.
