Payment Methods & Taxes

Our shop offers various payment options such as Paypal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna. The prices listed in the respective offers are final prices – including German VAT. However, final prices for purchases from abroad may vary.

For EU citizens, the VAT rate of their home country will be charged, which we then have to pay to the EU tax authorities. Since we pay this EU VAT and cannot offset it against German input tax, the EU VAT of the respective EU country will be added to the value of the goods.

For cross-EU sales (third countries such as USA, UK, Switzerland), no VAT is charged. In these cases, taxes and duties may apply in the customer's own country, which are beyond our control. These taxes and duties must be paid by the customers themselves to the local customs or tax authorities and are not included in our final prices.

The applicable delivery and shipping costs are not included in the purchase price; they will be determined during the order process based on the delivery address and shown separately. For digital products such as knitting or crochet patterns, no shipping costs will be charged, of course.
