Where can I find my knitting pattern file after purchase?
After your purchase, you will receive an invoice email containing a link to the purchased PDF file.
If you haven't received an email, be sure to check your spam folder.
Make sure to save your PDF file to your desktop in your files, as the link expires after 6 months.
How does the product exchange process work?
We cannot accept returns on digital products, such as instruction manuals.
When purchasing yarn sets, there is no exchange of leftover yarn balls.
All other physical products can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I also buy ready-made sweaters and knitwear?
No, we don't sell finished items - with us you get everything you need to knit yourself.
Can I buy the patterns from the book HAPPY KNITS as individual instructions without the book?
No. All models from our book are exclusive and may not be offered individually.
