Yarn kit "Soeurducoeur" Sweater Silkhair

Our "Soeurducoeur" sweater is the big sister to the "Cardiducoeur" – for all who want to wear the light, fluffy oversized mohair character as a sweater too!

The raglan sweater is knitted top-down with 9mm needles and 4 strands of yarn, and the collar is finished with a 7mm needle I-cord edge.
LEVEL: This knitting project is suitable for advanced beginners who want to familiarize themselves with raglan increases. The knitting pattern describes the process step-by-step; there are no extra tutorials except for the I-cord collar.

We supply the Silkhair balls in their original packaging – before starting to knit, the yarn must be wound into 4 strands, as described in the instructions. Here is a YouTube tutorial on winding 4 strands.

The yarn kit contains more yarn than described in the pattern, as the original sweater is knitted from 14 different colors (14 x 25 g = 350 g) and to ensure enough colors and grams to freely experiment with the color sequence.

300 g Walk Collection Kid Mohair Lace (50 g = 420 m) 4 strands

Needles: 9 mm/80 cm + 40 cm and 7 mm/40 cm for I-cord on the collar
or the needle size that achieves the correct gauge.
