The prices listed on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.

We deliver physical items within Germany, to EU countries and to Switzerland.

In addition to the prices quoted, we charge for delivery…

… within Germany a flat rate of 4.90 euros per order.

For shipments to EU countries, a flat rate of €10.00 is charged for small goods and €18.00 for yarn sets.

Deliveries to Switzerland are charged at €13.00 for smaller shipments and €23.00 for yarn sets.

Shipping costs are calculated and clearly displayed in the shopping cart system and on the order page based on the delivery address.

Shipping to the USA:
Due to the difficult situation, the shipping provider DHL had restricted parcel delivery to the USA (as of August 25, 2025). While shipping is now possible again, we have decided not to ship any packages to the USA at this time. Thank you for your understanding!

There are no shipping costs for digital content (knitting patterns).

The shipping fee includes VAT. Since the VAT on the shipping fee is calculated based on the purchased goods, it may decrease if items with lower VAT rates are included in the order (e.g., books). This means the final shipping fee can only be calculated during the checkout process. However, it can only decrease, never increase.
